What is a fanlisting?

Why is this site called Patriot?
I called this site 'Patriot' because that was the first thing that came to mind when I thought about Dixon. In the Season One episode Time Will Tell when talking to Sydney he says "What We do we don't do for ourselves" or something similar. That really stayed with me. He believed in serving his country so much that he lied to his wife for eleven years I think.
